Training & Development
We offer a wide array of courses, and learning opportunities that will expand your knowledge of products, services and professional skills so that you can invest in your future.
Training starts on your first day with a personalized training plan that will teach you what is required of your position. Expand your job knowledge by taking additional courses in person or online. Various opportunities are presented throughout the year, including our company-wide Day of Training. On this day, all employees come together (in one location) to learn. We hear from our Management Team and special Keynote speakers that motivate and inspire us to work together.
Another opportunity to invest in your future is to continue your education and receive Tuition Reimbursement. If you work at least 20 hours per week, you could receive $2000 per year to pay for undergraduate and/or graduate courses. If you are full time, you are eligible for up $4000 per year.
We understand that the position that you are hired for may not be the position that you stay in your entire career. We encourage you to seek other opportunities within the company. Learn about other position opportunities by exploring our internal job postings. Apply and speak with other hiring managers in the company. Taking initiative to learn about what is important in that next level position will help you to achieve the career goals that you wish.
We believe embracing human diversity makes us a better bank. We know it makes us better people.
Employees with dissimilar backgrounds, perspectives, opinions and lifestyles help us understand the motivations and desires of our many different customers. Thus, we will strive to maintain a workforce that reflects the increasing diversity of the communities we serve by ensuring equal employment opportunity for all persons without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex/gender (including gender identity), national origin, age, height, weight, disability, medical condition, genetic information, sexual orientation, disabled or Vietnam era veteran, other forms of military status, marital status, or other protected characteristics.
