Paid vacation and sick time is provided through a tiered system and based on your employment status. We also offer paid Holiday time for days when the bank closes due to an observed Holiday.

There are also a number of educational opportunities available on physical and mental health. If you like to participate in running, cycling or triathlon events, we will support you by reimbursing you for three events per year!
