About Alice

Alice began her banking career in the ‘90s as a teller. After gaining experience in various roles, she became a mortgage loan officer in 2000. Over the past 24 years, Alice has had the privilege of guiding numerous borrowers through the process of becoming homeowners and real estate investors.

She takes particular pleasure in working with numbers to find solutions that align with borrowers' life goals, and sharing information on loan programs that could save money, or track better with monthly payment goals. Alice is passionate about educating others on becoming mortgage-ready and actively volunteers at local schools, housing agencies such as Dwelling Place and Habitat for Humanity, and is a volunteer tax assistant with the VITA program.

Alice is eager to learn more about her clients' goals, explore loan options, and work alongside them to create personalized homeownership action plans.
