About Lorri
Lorri was born and raised in Cheboygan, Michigan. She met her husband, Scott, while working at Soo Bank in Sault Ste. Marie. In 1997, they moved to Mio, where Lorri has built an impressive career in banking.
With 36 years of experience in the lending sector, Lorri became the branch manager and lender at the Fairview Branch of Mercantile Bank 27 years ago. She furthered her expertise by graduating from the Central Michigan University-Robert M. Perry School of Banking in 2001.
Lorri is passionate about her work at the bank, especially in helping customers achieve their dreams, whether it's purchasing their first home, a second home, or an investment property. She believes that excellent customer service stems from honesty and clear communication. Lorri is dedicated to staying in touch with her clients, ensuring they understand every step of the process and making their experience as smooth as possible.
