Flawless Process
Steve was amazing! He was ready for any question I had and responded very quickly. In the last five years we had attempted the mortgage process with two other lenders previously and was told your file, "fell through the cracks" and was ghosted by another after working with them for a month. I had made contact with a new realtor, and she suggested Steve. Steve then contacted me to see if I had questions or what information he could send me.
