True professional

Smooth and straight forward! Emily and Tim were true professionals. We just got done refinancing our two other properties with bigger named ""City"" banks and they put us through the ringer requesting and re-requesting documents.  It felt like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing/requesting.  We're busy with demanding work and family schedules, my spouse was actually in other country during the loan process and the Mercantile team was very accommodating, seamless, and on-point in all their requests. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

Best mortgage experience

Hands down best mortgage experience I have ever had. Transaction was complete in a month. Communication was excellent, I provided what they asked for and they did their job quickly and efficiently. I will recommend them to anyone in a second.
