About Rozzanne
I was born and raised in the West Branch area where I still reside. I feel blessed to live in Northern Michigan and enjoy all the beauty and endless outdoor activities. I enjoy fishing, gardening, ORV activities, taking our car to shows and cruises, going to drag races and dirt oval track racing, reading, and above all else spending time with my husband, kids, and dogs.
In 1997, I began working as a part-time teller back in 1997 and fell in love with banking right away. My branch manager at the time was also a mortgage loan officer and I was very interested in what she did, so I took every opportunity to learn the industry. Throughout the years, I worked my way up from a mortgage processor to a mortgage closer, and finally a mortgage loan officer.
My biggest success stories as a mortgage loan officer is when I get that first-time home buyer who thought that their dream of being a homeowner would never happen. I love seeing their faces light up with tears in their eyes when they sign that final document and are handed the keys. I enjoy working with the borrower and figuring out how to overcome any hurdles that they have to make their dream come true.
I believe the secret to providing the best possible service and experience for the borrower is great communication! Along with talking less and listening more. I want to get to know your story and match you with the product that is best for you while discussing your future needs to put you in the best position for success.
