Tim takes the time to learn what matters most to each client. Rather than simply presenting loan products, he focuses on building genuine relationships and providing straightforward guidance tailored to each person’s needs, circumstances, and goals. He believes the right mortgage lender should be a trusted resource who remains accessible and supportive throughout the entire process. 

With experience in Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, Manufactured Home, MSHDA, Portfolio, Rural Development/USDA, and Vacant Land financing, Tim helps clients explore a variety of lending solutions. His product knowledge, clear communication, and hands-on approach make even complex mortgage decisions easier to understand. 

Family is at the center of Tim’s life. He and his wife, Katrina, are proud parents of Kinsey and Andrew. Kinsey is at DePauw University and plans to pursue a career in dentistry. Andrew is at Michigan State University and has aspirations of pursuing a career in orthopedics.
