Kip grew up in Grand Rapids and then went to Hope College in Holland. He grew up as a die-hard Michigan fan but is now rooting for the Spartans! He started in the mortgage industry in July 2000, and has been in the business for 24 years.  My success has been built on relationships with clients and partnering with realtors, builders, and financial advisors.  Through the years I have seen a lot of changes, but the core principles of the business always remain the same, treat everyone like you want to be treated.  I've been married to my wife Carrie for 25 years and we have 3 great kids, Jackson, Evie and Will.
