An ARM is up to a 30-year loan where the initial interest rate is fixed for the first 5 years, then after that the rate may change twice per year based on a 30-day average Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR). It is possible the interest rate, Annual Percentage Rate (APR), and payment may substantially increase after the initial 5 years and every change thereafter.

2. $1,190.00 Off your Construction Loan closing fees: Limited time promotion valid on a 5/6 ARM Construction Loan transaction.

3. Refinance Coupon of $1,190.00: A coupon for $1,190.00 off closing fees will be received when closing the construction transaction, will be valid for 24 months from the closing date, and must be presented at the time of refinance application.
