Adam Voss, Commercial Banker

For Adam Voss, the outdoors has long been a place where personal growth and purpose come together. Nine years ago, he helped co-found Fishing with Veterans, bringing that passion to life in a way that gives back to those who have given so much.

What started as an idea has grown into a full day on Lake Michigan filled with fishing, camaraderie, and community. Volunteer captains donate their boats and time to make it possible, ending the day with a memorable boat parade through the Holland channel, complete with Coast Guard escort, flags, and cheers from the shoreline.

It’s a day rooted in connection, appreciation, and a cause that’s close to Adam’s heart.
